Pre-Show Activity

Advance Mailshot
Send your promotional materials to all online pre-registered visitors in advance of the show opening. This can be achieved through mailing hard copy brochures via a third party mailing house or by html email of your own supply and design. This opportunity is available to two companies only.

Banner advertising displayed on one page of the event website.

On-Site Activity

Sponsorship of Pre-Dinner Drinks (Wednesday evening)
This is where the delegate and exhibitor networking starts. A single sponsor has the opportunity to own the event, with branding and acknowledgement at the drinks reception. All delegates are invited to attend.
£2,500 + VAT

Sponsorship of Pre-Dinner Drinks (Thursday evening)
Pre Dinner drinks get the evening started. Again, a single sponsor has the opportunity to own the event, with branding and acknowledgement at the drinks reception. All delegates invited to attend.

The package includes:
• Sponsor’s table for 10 at the Gala Dinner
• Sponsor’s logo and acknowledgement on the Dinner Invitations
• Sponsor’s branding (sponsor supply pop up stands)

This option delivers your branding across the whole event for three days, both conference and exhibition
