Website Banner Advertisements - £1,500 + VAT
Banner advertising displayed on one page of the event website.
On-Site Activity
Sponsorship of Pre-Dinner Drinks - £2,500 + VAT
(Monday evening)
This is where the delegate and exhibitor networking starts. A single sponsor has the opportunity to own the event, with branding and acknowledgement at the drinks reception. All delegates are invited to attend.
Sponsorship of Pre-Dinner Drinks - £3,500 + VAT
(Tuesday evening)
Pre Dinner drinks get the evening started. Again, a single sponsor has the opportunity to own the event, with branding and acknowledgement at the drinks reception. All delegates are invited to attend.
The package includes:
- Sponsor’s table for 10 at the Gala Dinner
- Sponsor’s logo and acknowledgement on the Dinner Menus
- Sponsor’s branding (sponsor supply pop up stands)
- Acknowledgement in the conference programme
- Welcome address by the Sponsor if required
- Acknowledgement on the website
- 2 free places at the dinner
Sponsorship of Delegate and Visitor Badge - £1,500 + VAT
This option delivers your branding across the whole event for three days, both conference and exhibition.
The package includes:
- Sponsor’s name/logo printed on the badge
- Acknowledgement in the conference brochure
- Acknowledgement on the website
Sponsorship of Conference
Delegate Bags - £2,500 + VAT
The package includes:
- Sponsor’s logo on nylon shoulder bag under flap
- Promotional material insert
- Acknowledgement in the conference brochure
- Acknowledgement on the website
Insert into Conference Delegate Bag - £500 + VAT
Opportunity to insert an A4 brochure into the delegate bag.
Entertainment - £TBA
You could be the sponsor of the celebrity host of the recruitment awards on the Tuesday evening.
Speaker Sessions - From £2,000 – £7,500
An opportunity to sponsor a major conference session + workshops including some of the most high profile people management specialists across the globe.
Includes:
- A welcome address by the sponsor if required
- Acknowledgement in conference programme and website
Catering - From £1,500 + VAT
All delegates come together over lunch to network and reflect on the day. This is an opportunity to mingle with delegates and to build relationships with existing and new clients.
Evening Awards Dinners - From £2,000 + VAT
Delegates enjoy top quality entertainment after dinner and take the opportunity to relax after a long day. Use the opportunity to promote your organisation at one of the most popular events of the conference! You will receive 2 free places at the dinner you sponsor.
Hosted Dinner Table - £1,500 + VAT
Take an opportunity to entertain existing and new clients at either the Monday or Tuesday dinner. At your hosted table you can enjoy a relaxing meal and top quality entertainment whilst maintaining close relationships with key clients. You will receive 2 free places at the dinner.
PPMA HR Awards - £2,500 + VAT
Be associated with industry-leading awards evenings by sponsoring an award category.
Conference Folder - £2,000 + VAT
An opportunity to highlight your brand and enhance market exposure by displaying your logo prominently on our conference folder – which is provided to all delegates.
Exhibition
Exhibition Stands - from £2,000 + VAT
Take the opportunity to engage with delegates and to promote your products and services via an exhibition stand. Exhibition spaces will be limited this year giving an even better opportunity to make contact with delegates. All refreshments and lunches will be served in the exhibition area.
